I’m currently trying the nootropics and 5 HTP. The nootropics are great for focus and brain fog. They really do make difference. 5 HTP is great for unwinding after a stressful day and really helps with sleep. I have to say I didn’t believe in nootropics but 1 Fit Lab made a believer out of me. I am your pretty average guy. Every year I decide to take my health seriously and purchase $200 worth of name brand supplements and vitamins. Each year is the same.
