I've been taking these supplements for a few months now and I've noticed a big difference in my hair, skin, and nails. My hair is thicker, shinier, and healthier than ever before. I am your pretty average guy. Every year I decide to take my health seriously and purchase $200 worth of name brand supplements and vitamins. Each year is the same.
